Welcome to VPN Vietnam Service

VPN VIET NAM (hereinafter referred to as "we", "VPN Vietnam", "service") is a provider of Virtual Private Network (VPN) services, secure connection solutions for individuals and organizations needing stable internet connection, privacy protection, and access to content/systems for legitimate purposes according to the law.

These terms aim to:

• Protect the legitimate rights of VPN Vietnam users.
• Protect the business owner, minimizing risks and unreasonable legal liabilities.
• Clearly define the rights, obligations, and liability limits of both parties.

Note: The content below is for orientation and reference purposes. In specific cases, the competent authority will have the final interpretation rights under applicable law.

1. Terms of Use

The use of services at VPN Vietnam and related domains (including but not limited to: vpnvietnam.com, user.vpnvietnam.com, applications, and client software developed by us) is governed by these Terms of Service.

By creating an account, paying for service packages, or using any VPN Vietnam server/connection, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have full civil act capacity under applicable law.
• You use the service as an individual or representing an organization, and have the right to accept these terms.
• You agree to be fully responsible for all activities occurring under your account and VPN connection.

We reserve the right to update and modify these Terms at any time to comply with legal regulations or actual operational situations. Important changes will be notified on the website or via registered email.

2. Service Purpose

Our VPN service is designed to:

• Protect personal data when accessing public internet (public wifi, cafes, hotels...).
• Enhance privacy, limit tracking and unauthorized data collection from third parties.
• Support users abroad to access content, applications, websites, or digital services distributed in Vietnam.
• Support stable and secure connections to internal systems and remote working servers for legitimate purposes.

3. User Responsibilities & Legal Usage

When using the service, you agree and commit NOT to:

• Use VPN to perform fraud, unauthorized system intrusion, Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, data destruction, or malware distribution.
• Use the service for spamming, phishing, identity theft, botnet control, or actions causing harm to third parties.
• Use VPN to transmit, store, or share illegal content (e.g., child pornography, terrorism, incitement of violence, ethnic hatred...).
• Use the service to violate copyright and intellectual property rights, including but not limited to: unauthorized sharing of software, movies, music, paid documents.
• Abuse VPN Vietnam to conceal or support illegal financial activities, illegal gambling, money laundering, or other prohibited activities.
• Share, resell, or rent accounts without written consent from VPN Vietnam.
• Abuse resources (bandwidth, connection sessions...) affecting system operation or other users' experience.

3.1. Personal Legal Liability

You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for all actions performed through your VPN connection. VPN Vietnam only provides transmission infrastructure and does not participate in, direct, or control the content or data you transmit.

In case of a request from a competent authority in accordance with legal regulations, we will coordinate to provide necessary technical information within the permitted scope to serve the investigation. This does not mean we actively monitor or track user activity.

4. Registration, Accounts & Payment

4.1. User Account

• You must provide accurate and valid information when registering an account (email, phone number... if requested).
• You are responsible for securing your login information and not sharing your password with any third party.
• All activities arising from the account are considered to be performed by you.

4.2. Payment & Service Cycle

• Services are prepaid, and the usage period is clearly specified according to the package you selected.
• In case of failed or overdue payment, the service may be suspended or terminated.
• VPN Vietnam is not responsible for fees, charges, or additional costs incurred from banks, e-wallets, or payment intermediaries.

4.3. Refund Policy

• Refund policy (if any) will be clearly published on the

  Refund Policy

  page.
• Where applicable, refunds are only made when the service cannot provide a connection due to a technical error attributable to VPN Vietnam and cannot be fixed within a reasonable time.
• Cases of misuse, violation of terms, or refund requests after using the majority of the service period may not be accepted.

5. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

5.1. Data We Collect

• Account information: email, username, password (one-way encrypted).
• Basic payment information (we do not store full card details, only transaction codes from intermediaries – if any).
• Some technical information such as: device type, OS version, VPN client version for technical support purposes.

5.2. "No-logs" Policy

VPN Vietnam does not actively store browsing content, specific website addresses, or data content transmitted via VPN. We do not analyze packet content for commercial or advertising purposes.

However, to operate the system safely and prevent abuse, we may store some minimum technical logs such as:

• Start and end time of connection session.
• VPN server used.
• Total data amount (upload/download) per session (excluding detailed content).

These technical logs are used to:

• Diagnose errors, improve service quality.
• Prevent attacks, system abuse, protect infrastructure and other users.
• Respond to requests from competent authorities upon legal request.

5.3. Data Retention Period

• Account information is stored until you request deletion or the account is terminated according to terms.
• Technical logs are stored for a reasonable period (e.g., 30–90 days) and will be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

5.4. Personal Data Protection

• Passwords are one-way encrypted; we do not store passwords in plain text.
• Transmission channels between browser/app and server system are protected by encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS, VPN tunnel...).
• Only authorized personnel can access the minimum necessary data to support customers.

5.5. Data Sharing with Third Parties

• We do not sell or trade your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
• Data may be shared with: payment units, server infrastructure providers, competent state agencies – but only within the necessary and legal scope.

6. Technical Security & System Security

To protect both users and the business owner, VPN Vietnam applies multiple layers of technical security to minimize risks of attacks, abuse, and cybersecurity incidents.

• Use modern secure VPN protocols (e.g., WireGuard, OpenVPN, or equivalent).
• Configure firewalls, block high-risk ports/traffic flows, reduce the possibility of being exploited for spam, cyber-attacks.
• Limit speed, abnormal connection numbers to minimize DDoS or abuse risks.
• Regularly update security patches for OS, server software, and client applications.
• Monitor system anomalies at a general level (without intruding into user private content).

In case of detecting behavior showing signs of attack, sabotage, or causing serious risk to the system, we have the right to:

• Block suspicious IPs or devices.
• Temporarily lock related accounts.
• Coordinate with infrastructure/VPS providers to ensure safety.
• Notify competent authorities if there are signs of serious illegal activity.

7. Termination, Suspension & Abuse Handling

7.1. Rights of VPN Vietnam

VPN Vietnam reserves the right, without refund (except in special cases decided by us), to suspend or terminate services if:

• We detect or receive reliable reports of violations of terms of use.
• We detect attacks, spam, fraud, or excessive resource usage.
• Customers intentionally conceal identity or use fake information to register for services.
• There is a legal request from state agencies forcing suspension or restriction of access.

7.2. Abuse Handling Process

In case of receiving abuse notices from infrastructure providers or third parties, we may:

• Check related technical logs at the time of the incident.
• Suspend related connections or accounts for investigation.
• Contact you via email/phone to notify the status and request explanation (if needed).
• In case of verified clear violation, we may terminate the service permanently for that account.

This process aims to protect simultaneously:
– VPN Vietnam's infrastructure,
– Other users on the system,
– The business owner from legal liabilities arising from the behavior of a few bad users.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

8.1. User Conduct

VPN Vietnam does not monitor, control, and is not responsible for:

• The content you access, transmit, upload, or download via VPN connection.
• Any damage, loss, or legal liability arising from your use of the service contrary to the law.

All legal responsibilities (civil, administrative, criminal...) related to your behavior will be solely your responsibility before the law.

8.2. Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee the service will always operate continuously, without errors or interruptions; but commit to maximum effort to maintain stable and secure service.
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (such as loss of profit, data loss, business interruption) even if notified in advance of the possibility.
• In any case, VPN Vietnam's total liability (if any) to you shall not exceed the amount of service fees you paid in the most recent usage period where the dispute arose.

8.3. Third-Party Services

• Our website may contain links to third-party websites/services. VPN Vietnam does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or security of these parties.
• Your access to such links is completely voluntary and at your own risk.

9. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

9.1. Changes to Terms

VPN Vietnam may update the Terms of Service and related policies at any time to comply with:

• Changes in laws and state management regulations.
• Changes in business models, technical infrastructure, or scope of service provision.
• Needs to enhance security, prevent abuse, and protect rights for users and business owners.

Important changes will be notified on the website or via email. Your continued use of the service after the new terms take effect is considered your acceptance of those changes.

9.2. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed and interpreted according to the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
• Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the service, if not resolved through negotiation, will be brought to the competent authority in Vietnam for resolution.
